Two words: Ghetto fabulous! Founders Jimmie & Martin are brilliant. Their work “combines the decadent and quirky with the nostalgic & urban” – quote taken from their website: www.jimmiemartin.co.uk. Price tag: pricey – rightfully so. The end product is unique & well done with close attention paid to details. I would love to see one of Jimmie Martin’s pieces in person… doable if I could afford the presidential suite in Manhattan’s luxury Surrey hotel – as one of Jimmie Martin’s pieces is in the suite’s bar, lobby. Since our budget’s not allowing this visit anytime soon, I’ll settle for these lovely photos below (these are my favorites from Jimmie Martin’s work).

Represented in her gorgeous dining space are: Ikea, Anthropologie, Target, salvage finds, Etsy fabrics & tasteful personal touches. Ikea’s black BJURSTA table has never looked better!

This sofa should last forever! I want it in my home in heaven… or rather, on earth… ah, won’t get into that. I love the mix-matched shabby chic floral fabrics as well as the striped pillows. The combo is just “divine”… as Candace Olsen would say.

Had to save the photos to admire again & to share with you. The antique couch looks stunning paired with the sleek, ultra-modern coffee table. All the bright natural light in the room brings such a clean, peaceful feeling to the space too, doesn’t it?
